Position summary: QC (Lab) Engineer Support superior interacting with production function to resolve quality, production and efficiency problems. Function as information source to other functions of the company when special and critical quality issues occur. Maintain quality standards and product integrity is preserved. Perform and manage analysis works for products, raw materials and intermediates. * Main Tasks: Quality control for products and raw materials Conduct a test and check quality of finished products and raw materials to meet quality standards of company. Advise production function on the findings of the analysis/testing result and recommend solutions. Document and reporting quality control results Check and review all the test result records depending on experiment quality standards, investigate frequent problems and implement reporting procedures to team head or relevant department regarding to abnormal results including the recommendation of improvement ways. Quality policy implementation and improvement Implement the company's quality policy defined by management and superior. Collect feedback and problems, make proposal on modification and improvement to enhance the company's image for the high-quality product. Handling product and raw material quality problems Support to resolve quality problems at laboratory, production facilities, warehouse, etc. Cooperate with other functions such as global quality department, sales, technical service, procurement, etc. to work on quality requirements and complains of quality problems from customers.Support quality audit Under the company quality assurance policy, implement plant quality audit procedures, prepare documents and coordinate the relevant units for customer and 3rd party audits. Lab equipment management Manage lab equipment for the set-up, qualifications and maintenance to ensure their quality and the timely and accurate completion of experiments. Sample management Manage samples of product and raw materials and communicate with EU sample center and customers for providing required samples.
