Research

1 Person

○ Developing channel materials for memristor devices

○ Evaluating electrical and optical properties of neuromorphic devices

Possession of a Ph.D. in semiconductor devices/materials

Priority Consideration

 ① Veterans and the disables will be given preferential consideration according to the law

 ② A person with more than two years of relevant experience

Disqualifiers

 ① A person subject to Article 33 or the National Public Service Act

② Appointment may not be possible if there are no qualified applicants

 

  ■ Hiring Process

     ◦ Step 1: Document Screening

       i) Evaluation standard: Assessing job suitability (40%), Relevant research experience (30%), Communication and interpersonal skills (30%)

       ii) Within 2x the number of people to be selected

Step 2: Personal Interview

       i) Number of people selected: 1 person (non-face-to-face (video interview) screening)

       ii) Background knowledge and command of English will be tested on the online interviewed

  - Among applicants who scored 70% or more of the perfect score for hiring Process, the average score of the evaluation committee members for hiring Process is high

- Only those who pass the document screening will be eligible for the interview screening, and if a tie occurs, all applicable persons will be given the opportunity for the interview screening

- When deciding on a candidate for employment, the person eligible for employment support is prioritized in the case of the tie applicants
