외국인 기술창업 경진대회 개최 공고

 

 

유망한 아이템을 보유한 외국인 (예비)창업자를 발굴하여 성공적인 창업 활동을 지원하기 위한 ’14년도 『글로벌 청년창업 활성화 사업』의 외국인 기술창업 경진대회 개최를 다음과 같이 공고합니다.

 

 

 

1. 모집개요

 

□ 지원내용

◦ ’15년도 글로벌 청년창업활성화 사업 외국인 기술창업 프로그램 참가지원 및 상장 및 부상, 창업교육 등 제공

 

□ 주최 및 후원

◦ (주최) 창업진흥원, 글로벌창업이민센터

◦ (후원) 중소기업청, 법무부

 

□ 시상규모 : 5개* 내외 창업팀 발굴․시상

* 단, 평가위원 의견에 따라 최종 선정팀 수는 변동가능

2. 신청안내 및 지원대상

 

□ 신청기간 및 방법

 

◦ (신청기간) 2014년 10월 15일(수) ~ 11월 13일(목), 16:00 까지

* 신청기간 이내 이메일 접수 분만 유효

 

◦ (신청방법) 이메일 접수 (global@kised.or.kr)

- 제출서류 : ①경진대회 참가신청서(개인정보 제공·활용동의서, 증빙자료(신분증(외국인등록증, 거소증, 비자 등))사본, 사업자등록증(예비 창업자일 경우 사실증명원), 학위증명서 등)) ②사업계획서

 

□ 신청자격: 국내외 재외동포 또는 외국인 중 예비창업자 및 ’14년 1월 1일 이후 국내에서 창업한 기업 (팀원 포함)

대상	대표자 신청자격
재외동포	☞ (재외국민) 대한민국 국민으로서 외국의 영주권을 취득한 자 또는 영주할 목적으로 외국에 거주하고 있는 자 ☞ (외국국적동포) 대한민국의 국적을 보유하였던 자 또는 그 직계비속으로서 외국국적을 취득한 자 외국인
외국인	☞ 국내․외 학사 학위 이상 취득자

 

 

3. 평가 및 선정절차

 

□ (예비)창업자 평가 및 선정 절차

 

◦ 1단계 서류평가: 창업팀의 준비 및 아이템의 우수성, 계획의 적정성 등을 평가 (국문, 영문 中 선택 작성)

- 가점사항 : 내국인 고용유도를 위해 내국인*과 팀을 결성한 경우 (2점)

* 단, 내국인은 예비창업자이어야 함

 

◦ 2단계 멘토링캠프: 서류평가 통과자를 대상으로 인성․의지․ 역량 및 사업계획서 등에 대한 1:1 멘토링 실시 (한국어, 영어 中 선택)

 

◦ 3단계 발표평가: 멘토링캠프를 통하여 반영된 사업계획을 바탕 으로 창업아이템의 기술성 및 사업성 등에 대한 발표평가 실시

 

- 평가방법 : 사업계획 프레젠테이션(10분)과 질의응답(7분)형태로 팀 별 20분 내외의 발표평가 진행 (한국어, 영어 中 선택)

- 가점사항 : 국내창업을 위해서는 한국어 습득이 중요함을 전제, 한국어로 발표하는 팀에 한하여 가점 반영(2점)

 

◦ 최종선정: 발표평가 점수 합산 결과 상위 순으로 5팀 내외 선정

2014『The Vitalization Business for Global Business Establishments for the Young』

Announcement for recruitment of (prep) Entrepreneurs on technology foundation program for foreigners

 

 

The recruitment of (prep) entrepreneurs on technology foundation program for foreigners under 2014 『The Vitalization Business for Global Business Establishments for the Young』is hereby announced to support the successful startup of businesses by identifying foreign (prep) startup entrepreneurs with promise.

 

 

 

1. Overview

 

□ Support

◦ Support for participating in the technology foundation program for foreigners of 2015 The VItalization Business for Global Business Establishments for the Young, certificate of award, and startup education are provided.

 

□ Organizer and Sponsor

◦ (Organizer) KISED, Global Startup Immigration Center

◦ (Sponsor) Small and Medium Business Administration, Ministry of Justice

 

□ Prize Award : Approximately five startup teams will be awarded.

* The final number of winners may vary depending on the decision of the evaluating committee.

2. Application and Eligibility for Support

 

□ Application Period and Method

 

◦ (Application Period) From Oct. 15, 2014 (Wed) ~ until 16:00, Nov. 13, 2014 (Thur)

* Application submitted by email within the application period will be eligible for consideration.

 

◦ (Application Method) Submit by email to (global@kised.or.kr)

- Documents to be submitted : ① application forms(including a written agreement for the use and provision of personal information, evidence (a copy of identification card, alien registration card, residence card, visa, etc.), business registration certificate (fact certificate in the case of a preparatory startup entrepreneur) ② business plan

 

□ Qualifications of an applicant: Overseas Koreans staying in or out of KOrea or foreigners who are preparatory startup entrepreneurs and who created a startup in Korea on or after Jan 1, 2014 (including the team members)

Target	Qualification of a Representative
Overseas Koreans	☞ (Overseas Koreans) Korean nationals holding foreign permanent residence or living in a foreign country and residing there permanently. ☞ (Overseas Korean of foreign citizenship) Those who hold Korean citizenship or their direct descendants holding foreign citizenships.
Foreigners	☞ Those who hold Bachelor’s degree or higher

 

 

3. Procedures for Evaluation and Selection

 

□ Procedures for Evaluation and Selection of (Prep) Startup Entrepreneurs

 

◦ Phase 1 (Document Evaluation): Evaluate preparation of the startup teams and their business in terms of their appropriateness and excellence (Documents may be either in Korean or English)

- Extra points : Organizing a team with local Koreans to attract employment (2 points)

* Preparatory startup entrepreneurs must be local Koreans.

 

◦ Phase 2 (Mentoring Camp): 1:1 mentoring service is porvided to those who pass the document evaluation in terms of personality, will, capability, and business plan (Mentoring services are available in either Korean or English)

 

◦ Phase 3 (Presentation Evaluation): Evaluate the presentation of the technology and business of the startup based on the business plans disclosed during the mentoring camp.

 

- Evaluation Method : 20 minutes per team is given for presenting the

business plan (10min.) and for question and answers (7min.) (Presentations

may be given in Korean or English)

 

- Extra points : Extra points are given to teams giving presentations in

Korean, in recognition of the fact that speaking and understanding Korean

is important for a startup in Korea.(2points)

 

◦ Final Selection: Approximately 5 teams will be awarded according to their scores.
