청렴한 GIST와 함께하는 학생 동아리 지원사업을 아래와 같이 안내하오니,

GIST 학생 동아리의 많은 참여 부탁드립니다.

○ (주제) 청렴한 GIST와 함께하는 학생 동아리 공연

○ (대상) GIST 학생(대학생 및 대학원생) 동아리

○ (선정 규모) 2팀

○ (접수 기간) 2022. 8. 2.(화) ~ 8. 9.(화)까지

○ (공연 형태) 제한 없음(연극, 댄스, 합주 등)

○ (공연 일정 및 장소) 동아리 자체적으로 일정 및 장소를 선정하되, 공연은 2022. 10. 21.(금)까지 완료되어야 함

○ (신청 방법) 이메일 접수(jeuiyoung@gist.ac.kr)

○ (제출 서류)

  - 필수 제출: 참가 신청서 및 개인정보 수집·이용 동의서(붙임)

  - 선택 제출: 동아리 소개 자료, 관련 사진 및 영상자료, 과거 공연 내용을 확인할 수 있는 홍보물 등의 기타 자료

○ (심사 기준) 청렴과의 연계성(40%), 창의성(30%), 완성도(30%)

○ (결과 발표) 2022년 8월 말 예정(개별 연락 예정)

○ (지원 내용) 선정된 동아리별 회의비·홍보비·준비비 등 100만원 이내 지원

   ※ 지원금을 지급하는 것이 아닌 예산 집행 계획에 따른 실물 지원 예정

   ※ 선정된 동아리에 한해 예산 집행 계획서 취합 예정

○ (지원 시 유의사항)

  - 신청 대상은 동아리 회칙이 있고, 현재까지 운영되고 있는 동아리로 한정함

  - 지원사업 참가 신청 시, 청렴과 연관된 내용이 공연 일부에 포함되어야 함

  - 필수 제출한 참가 신청서 및 개인정보 수집·이용 동의서에 ‘동의(서명)’가 있어야만 접수되며, 인적사항 허위 기재 시 접수 취소됨

  - 선택 제출한 자료는 사본 제출 가능하며, 제출된 자료는 반환되지 않음

  - 선정되지 않은 신청서는 공모 종료일로부터 3개월 이내에 모두 폐기하며, 신청자가 반환을 요구하면 7일 이내에 반환함

  - 심사 결과 적격한 동아리가 없을 경우 선정하지 않을 수 있고, 심사 결과에 따라 선정 규모는 조정될 수 있음

  - 공모 일정은 사정에 따라 변동 될 수 있으며, 심사 내용은 공개하지 않음

○ (Topic) Student club performance with clean GIST

○ (Subject) GIST student(undergraduate and graduate students) club

○ (Selection) 2 clubs

○ (Application Period) 2022. 8. 2.(Tue) ~ 8. 9.(Tue)

○ (Performance Type) No restrictions(theater, dance, ensemble, etc.)

○ (Performance Schedule and Place) The club selects the schedule and place by itself, but the performance must be completed by 2022. 10. 21.(Fri)

○ (Application Method) Submit by email(jeuiyoung@gist.ac.kr)

○ (Documents to be submitted)

  - Required Documents: Application form and Consent form for collection and use of personal information

    (see attached file)

  - Optional Documents: Other materials such as club introduction materials, related photos and video materials, and promotional materials that can confirm the contents of past performances

○ (Criteria) Connectivity with Integrity(40%), Creativity(30%), Completeness(30%)

○ (Result Announcement) Scheduled for the end of August(to be contacted individually)

○ (Contents of Support) Support within 1,000,000 won for each selected club

   (meeting expenses, promotion expenses, and preparation expenses)

   ※ Physical support will be provided in accordance with the budget execution plan rather than the subsidy

   ※ Budget execution plan will be collected only for selected clubs.

○ (Notice)

  - Applications are limited to clubs that have club rules and are currently in operation.

  - When applying for participation, content related to integrity must be included in a part of the performance.

  - It is accepted only when there is a "consent (signature)" in the application form and agreement form for collection and use of personal information, and the application is canceled when false personal information is entered.

  - Optional documents can be submitted in duplicate, and submitted materials are not returned.

  - All unselected applications will be discarded within 3 months from the end of the contest, and returned within 7 days if the applicant requests a return.

  - If there is no qualified club as a result of the examination, it may not be selected, and the size of the selection may be adjusted according to the results of the examination.

  - The schedule of the contest may change depending on circumstances, and the details of the screening are not disclosed.
