광주과학기술원 나노바이오재료전자공학과 책임급 행정원 모집
광주과학기술원 나노바이오재료전자공학과는 교육과학기술부의 WCU(World Class University) 프로젝트를 통해 광주과학기술원의 정보통신공학부, 신소재공학부, 기전공학부의 교수와 해외 5개국 10여개 대학의 국제적 수준의 저명학자들이 연합하여 개설한 학과입니다. 이를 위해 국제적이며 다학제적인 관련 제반 분야를 연구하고 있으며, 관련 분야의 연구를 선도할 수 있는 세계 최고의 연구그룹을 만드는 것을 목표로 아래와 같이 유능한 행정직원을 모집하오니 많은 지원 바랍니다.
■ 채용유형: 책임급 행정원(계약직)
근무시작 : 2012년 5월 이후(3개월 수습 포함)
근무예정지: 광주과학기술원 나노바이오재료전자공학과
계약기간: 1년 단위 계약(사업연장여부에 따른 계약연장 여부결정)
■ 자격요건
책임급 행정원
- 학사학위 이상 소지자
- 대학행정 등 연구비업무 7년이상 경력(경력증명서 제출)
- 영어 회화 및 영어 문서작업이 능통한 자(업무 전반적으로 영어사용)
- Microsoft Office 사용가능자
■ 전형방법
1차: 서류심사
2차: 면접전형(1차 합격자를 대상으로 실시함)

② 졸업증명서
③ 경력증명서(해당자에 한함)

Job summary The Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), Department of Nanobio Materials and Electronics, World Class University (WCU) is seeking candidates for Administrative Positions in the department office. Preferred Competencies(Senior Position) - At least 7 years experience working in administrative affairs at a University or institution - Knowledge of and experience with research fund management. - English oral and written communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite software.
