대학원 자전거 배부 안내
1. 배부대상 : 각 학과 자전거 대여 희망조사 응답자 중 보증금 완납자
2. 배부장소 : 중앙창고
3. 보증금(5만원) 납부
- 예금주 : 광주과학기술원
- 납부계좌 : 우리은행 347-000184-13-226 (입금시 반드시 학번 기재)
- 납부기간 : 2013.05.27(월) ~ 2013.05.31(금)
4. 배부일시
- 남성용 : 6/4~5, 16:00 ~ 17:30
(6/4 약 40대 선착순 배부, 6/5 나머지 배부)
- 여성용 : 6/26, 16:00 ~ 17:30
※ 제조사의 사정으로 여성용 자전거의 납품일이 지연됨
5. 유의사항
- 자전거 수령 시 ID 카드 지참
- 자물쇠 구입 희망자는 6천원 지참
- 붙임 <자전거 대여 서약서> 숙지
Bicycle Distribution for Graduate Students
1. Qualification: a person must apply for a bicycle rental and pay the whole deposit for the deposit payment period
2. Distribution site: Central Storage (next to Student Union Building)
3. Deposit: 50,000 won
- Bank: Woori Bank
- Account Holder: 광주과학기술원
- Payment Account: 347-000184-13-226
• Be sure to write down your student identification number when you transfer the deposit
- Payment Period: May 27th, Mon. ― May 31st, Fri.
4. Distribution Date
- Men"s bicycles: June 4th and 5th, 16:00 ― 17:30
• On June 4th, around 40 bicycles are to be distributed on a first-come-first-served
basis. We will distribute the rest of bicycles on June 5th.
- Women"s bicycles: June 26th, 16:00 ― 17:30
• Women"s bicycles will be delayed because of the manufacturer
5. Preparation
- student ID card
- 6,000 won (only for those who want to buy a bicycle lock at the distribution site)
- Be sure to read the attached document, Bicycle Rental Agreement
