The Korea Culture Technology Institute signs MOU with the
Gwangju Information and Culture Industry Promotion Agency
Cooperation is the key to creative content development
GIST"s Korea Culture Technology Institute Director Soonbo Park has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Gwangju Information and Culture Industry Promotion Agency President Jung Hyun Lee to cooperate on the development of local creative content.
The two organizations signed the MOU on Janruary 26, 2016, at a ceremony held at the Gwangju Information and Culture Industry Promotion Agency. The MOU is intended to increase cooperation in collaborative projects that will help foster the creation and development of cultural technology.
The Gwangju Information and Culture Industry Promotion Agency (http://www.gitct.kr/eng/) was established in 2002 to develop the local cultural-related industries, including various support for businesses, entrepreneurs, and employment training to create a professional workforce.
GIST"s Korea Culture Technology Institute Director Soonbo Park said, "This agreement will contribute to the realization of a creative economy as well as cultural prosperity by promulgating Korea"s creative cultural content through the use of advanced technology."
