GIST Business Incubator hosts short training program
for new entrepreneurs from January 16 - 19, 2016
The GIST Business Incubator hosted the "Survival Canvas Spot Workshop" on the campus of the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST) for new entrepreneurs from January 16 - 19, 2016. The workshop is an education program to help new entrepreneurs develop business strategies and models to help ensure long-term survival and improved market performance of their start-ups.
Participants learned how to establish business strategies and models for start-ups as well as essential business management skills from established business professionals and specialists. The GIST Business Incubator will also assist participating companies in establishing overseas markets through its "Diving into China and Japan" programs. Such assistance includes, product listings, payments systems and transfers, as well as continuous consultations. Furthermore, language experts will be working with the GIST Business Incubator to provide translation services for new start-up businesses to help them gain market share in the global marketplace.
With the financial support of the Gwangju Creative Economy Innovation Center, the GIST Business Incubator is set as a member of the GIST Valley ecosystem to help contribute to the economic growth and development of Gwangju-Jeonnam area.
