GIST hosts the 2015 G-SURF Poster Session
GIST College held the 2015 G-SURF Poster Session at Oryong Hall on September 3, 2015.
G-SURF is the GIST College summer program that is benchmarked with the Caltech’s SURF (Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship) program. Students who participate in G-SURF can gain valuable laboratory research experience while being mentored by professors. Participating students applied their skill and knowledge of basic science to current ongoing research projects being conducted at the GIST graduate school.
A total of 56 students participated in G-SURF this summer under the supervision of 39 graduate school professors, and the students presented the results of their research during the 2015 G-SURF Poster Session at Oryong Hall.
