Dr. Kang Chang-gu wins the award for the most excellent paper

at the 21^st Korea Conference on Semiconductors

 

 

 

 

Dr. Kang Chang-gu who graduated from the School of Materials Science and Engineering at GIST (Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology, President ž Young Joon Kim) received the award for the most excellent paper in the 21^st Korea Conference on Semiconductorsheld in Hanyang University during February 24^th ~26^th .

 

The Korea Conference on Semiconductorsis a prestigious academic event involving semiconductor researchers from universities, research institutes and industries and Korea Semiconductor Industry Association, the organizer of the event, presents awards for the most excellent paper and outstanding papers.

 

Dr. Kang graduated from GIST graduate program last month and has since been working as postdoctoral researcher at CEEDS (Director: Professor Lee, Byoung Hun of GIST). He was named as the winner of the award of the most excellent paper, in recognition of his accomplishment on “applied research of graphene as semiconductor wiring.”
