A multimedia mosaic of moments at GIST
The GIST-Tsinghua-SEM Techno CEOs Visit China on June 18-21. - Members of the 3rd class learned about China’s economy and technical development trends at Tsinghua University. - Trainees included political, governmental and business leaders in the region. Applications for the 4th intake open in October. □ The students of the GIST-Tsinghua-SEM Techno CEO Program that is under joint management of the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST, President Young Joon Kim) and the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management (Tsinghua-SEM) visited Tsinghua University in China on June 18 to 21 for training. □ The attendees included political, governmental and business leaders in the Gwangju region, who are members of the 3rd CEO program class including Jungoh Jang, CEO of Jewoo Tech and the representative of the students. □ Established in 2010 by GIST Techno MBA, the GIST-Tsinghua-SEM Techno CEO Program is open to senior government officials, politicians and CEOs of public and private enterprises. Underpinned by its robust curriculum tailored for CEOs, the program has contributed to expanding mutual understanding and exchanges between Korea and China in the fields of business management, industry, science and technology. □ Following the completion of the 3rd class, applications for the 4th intake, which will commence in March 2014, will open in October.
