GIST, excellent in cooperation between business and academia in the region

GIST Technology Institute(Director Seong Ju, Park) of Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology(GIST, President Jung-Ho, SONU) held a meeting on 15th at Oryong Hall of GIST with the participation of experts in coaching technology and representatives of the companies that receives the technology. At the meeting bast practice of technology coaching in 2011 and ways to improve technology coaching project in 2012 were discussed.

Gist Technology Institute(Director Seong Ju, Park) selected 5 best companies and gave award to 1  in parts and material field, 1 in optical application field, 1 in digital white goods field, 2 in bio, chemical and environment field out of 26 beneficiaries of GIST technology through 4-step rigid  review and evaluation composed of new evaluation, interim evaluation, final evaluation and opinion of CEO.
