Research Team Led by Professor Jae Suk, Lee of GIST,
Developed Polyisocyanate Helical Structure Control Technology - Research on optical characteristics of polyisocyanate whose helical structure is controlled - Published on the coverage paper of Chemical Communications, a world renowned journal in the chemical field. The research team led by professor Jae Suk, Lee (School of Materials Science and Engineering) of GIST(Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology, President Jung-Ho, SONU) conducted a research on correlation between the control and structure of helical structure of polyisocyanate, which is recently grabbing the attention and optical characteristics. ○ The research result was introduced in the world"s renowned journal Chemical Communication(2012, 48 (6), 826 - 828) and the paper will be published on the back cover of the 2012 Jan. issue of the journal. Priyank N. Shah in doctoral course(School of Materials Science and Engineering), Jun Ken Min in doctoral course(School of Materials Science and Engineering), and professor Jae Seok, Lee jointly participated in the paper as a co-author and the research was conducted supported by Program for Integrated Molecular System and World Class University program.
