GIST(President: Jung-Ho SONU ) delivered donation to help the people of Haiti who are suffering from the damage of an earthquake. GIST handed over the donations of students and school personnel amounted to KRW 2,827,010 to Gwangju Jeonnam regional HQ of the ROK National Red Cross last Thursday (Mar.25).

Especially, foreign students of GIST also known as international campus, unfolded voluntary money raising activities in the campus for about a month practicing the global love of neighbors beyond the borders.

On Thursday, Choi, Heechul (Professor of the Dept. of Environmental Engineering),Director of the International and Public Affairs said, “I hope our small gesture would travel to Haiti and wish them to regain their smiles out of the suffering as soon as possible.”
