GIST G.OnNaRae Ambassador hosts its third induction ceremony

□ The Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST, President Seung Hyeon Moon) hosted its third induction ceremony on December 15, 2017, for student ambassadors of the GIST G.OnNaRae public relations team.

* 'G.OnNaRae' means 'wings to share GIST with the the whole world.' These student ambassadors play various public relations roles for GIST, such as participating in various official ceremonies, providing campus tours, and publicity.

□ Starting with the first 13 student ambassadors in 2016, 2017 had 11 student ambassadors and 12 students ambassadors were selected for G.OnNaRae in 2018. These students are: Shin-young Kang, Joon-yong Ko, Kyung Hwan Kim, Min-kyung Kim, Byung-jin Kim, Hye-in Kim, Chang-gyoon Nam, Tae-guen Son, Seung-min Yang, Gun-ho Lee, Hyo-jun Lee, and Kyung-rok Lim.

□ 'Gion Narae' student ambassadors will contribute to creating a positive image of GIST through various activities and SNS.

∘ The GIST Public Relations team will select new G.OnNaRae student ambassadors once a year to participate in GIST public relations activities.
