Subject: Extension of Submission Deadline for Designated SW MOOC Completion Materials (Spring 2025)
Dear Students,
This is the Office of Academic Support.
We would like to inform you that the submission deadline for the designated SW MOOC completion materials for the first semester of the 2025 academic year has been extended as follows. This extension is being made to support students who have not yet completed their courses.
1. Original Deadline: June 5, 2025, 18:00
2. Extended Deadline: June 13, 2025, 18:00
3. Additional Information:
a. If there is a delay in issuing the certificate of completion after taking the course for free, or if you need to pay to receive the certificate, please submit the following documents:
1) Confirmation email of completion
2) Learner data report, or a screenshot verifying course completion (including your name)
b. If you had to make a paid payment after completing the course for free, you may apply for reimbursement by submitting an application form.
c. If you indicate your reimbursement account as the "Student Support Allowance Account," the reimbursement will be made to that account.
d. All submitted documents will be reviewed for completeness and eligibility. We will contact you individually only if further action is required.
