Greetings from Global Engagement Division!
We would like to announce the selection process for the 2026 Spring Semester Outbound Mobility Program (Overseas Exchange Students) at our partner university under the international student exchange agreement. We encourage interested students to apply. You can refer to the selection notice in English attached.
1. Host Universities
: 17 available universities for the Fall 2026 semester.
2. Program Duration
: Fall 2026 semester (Approx. September 2026 – February 2027; specific dates vary by host university).
3. Eligibility
: Undergraduate students currently enrolled in their 2nd to 4th year (within 7 semesters) as of the Fall 2026 semester.
4. Selection Quota
: 2 students per university.
5. Selection Schedule
: The schedule below is a general guide. Results will be sent via email to all applicants as soon as they are finalized.

※ Language requirements vary by institution. Students are responsible for reviewing and meeting the language criteria of their chosen university before applying.

7. Submission Deadline: Until March 18, 2026 (Wed)
- Only applications received within the deadline are valid
- All documents must be submitted by 23:59:59 on March 18. Applications arriving from 00:00 on March 19 will not be accepted.
8. Required Documents
① 2026 Fall Mobility Program Application Form
- Includes Application form, Study Plan, and Personal Statement (English or Korean)
② Official Academic Transcript in English (1 copy)
③ English Proficiency Test Score Report (1 cop / e.g., TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, CEFR, etc.)
④ Supporting Documents (if applicable)
- Proof of awards, volunteer activities, or other achievements mentioned in the application.

- You can log in using your GIST website account.
9. Important Notes
- Format: All documents must be submitted in A4 size PDF format only.
- Compress all required documents into a single .zip file before submitting.
- If information is inaccurate or documents are missing, the applicant will be automatically excluded from the selection process without further notice.
- All documents must be submitted as scanned files. (Photographs of documents are not accepted.)
- English Name: Ensure your English name on all documents matches your passport exactly.
- Only official transcripts issued via on-campus kiosks or the official website are accepted. (ZEUS printouts or screen captures are not accepted.)
- All submitted files must have passwords/security encryption removed. Please double-check that language score reports are not password-protected.
- Transcripts and supporting documents must be valid as of the submission date. (Documents or scores scheduled for future issuance are not accepted.)
- International students are responsible for personally verifying their Korean visa status and their eligibility for overseas travel under their current scholarship terms.
