[Course Registration] Notice on System Error During the Spring 2026 Add/Drop Period and Revised Schedule Announcement

Dear Students,


The Students Records Team would like to inform you of the follow-up measures regarding the system error that occurred during the course add/drop period.


The course add/drop period began on Tuesday, March 3.
This morning, a system error occurred in which some courses were processed as added regardless of whether the enrollment capacity had already been reached.

Upon identifying the issue, we immediately suspended course registration. However, prior to the suspension, multiple courses had already exceeded their enrollment limits.


The cause of this error has been identified as an issue that occurred during the development and implementation of a newly applied feature intended to enhance student convenience. The error has now been fully corrected.

The newly implemented features for this semester are as follows:

  • (Before Improvement) Manual course registration / Manual course withdrawal

  • (After Improvement) Over-capacity course registration (via ZEUS) / Course withdrawal (via ZEUS)

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this error.


In cooperation with the Information Systems Team, the Students Records Team will roll back the course registration data to the status prior to the start of the add/drop period.
The revised add/drop period will run from March 4 (Wed) at 09:00 to March 12 (Thu) at 23:59.


We deeply regret the inconvenience caused during the add/drop process and would like to offer our sincere apologies once again.
