Greetings from the Global Engagement Division.
Please be informed that starting from the Spring 2028 SAP dispatch (selection in Summer 2027), the eligibility requirements for the SAP program will be revised as follows.
We are providing this advance notice so that students may review the changes and prepare accordingly.
Current Requirement:
Undergraduate students in their 3rd–4th year at the time of dispatch (students in their 8th semester are eligible to apply)
Revised Requirement:
Undergraduate students in their 3rd–4th year at the time of dispatch (limited to students within their 7th semester)

The revised eligibility criteria will apply starting from students dispatched in Spring 2028 (selected in Summer 2027).
A one-year grace period will be provided. Therefore, students selected in Summer 2026 for Spring 2027 dispatch will still follow the current eligibility criteria.
