Payment of undergraduate course fees for the fall semester of 2023 is as follows.

3. Receiving an Invoice

  - Payment invoice is available on the GIST Zeus system.

    ※ Zeus → enrollment → [R]납입금고지서출력 → 대학분류: 대학/ 고지구분: choose "연한초과" or "재수강" → 조회

4. Payment

  1) Please make payment to the virtual account listed on the invoice via visiting a bank (payment through a teller), making a bankbook-free deposit, internet banking transaction, or using an ATM.

  2) Since a different virtual account is assigned to each student, please make sure to transfer to the account listed on your payment invoice. Regardless of who makes the transfer, once the deposit is made to the virtual account, the student’s registration is complete.

  3) Please make sure to pay within the designated period, the virtual accounts terminate after the registration period.

  4) Please note that students who do not register (and pay) during the designated registration period will be expelled due to “not registered” according to school regulations. (Excluding students on leave of absence)

  5) Students who have “0” in the amount to be paid on the invoice do not have to make a payment.

5. Additional Matters

  1) To confirm the payment, it will take at least 1 working day after payment.

  You can check the payment status on the GIST Zeus system.(Zeus-납입금영수증 출력)

  2) Arts, Music & Sports Courses are free of charge up to 4 courses each fields.(starting from Class of 2020) KRW 120,000 will be charged from 5th courses in each fields.  

   ※ Example: In the case of a student whose compulsory completion requirements are 4 semesters of arts, music and 4 semesters of sports, if they register for a course in the 5th semester due to an F grade in a previous semester of arts, a course retaking fee will be charged.

6. Enrollment extension fee and Course Retaking fee

  1) Enrollment extension fee (for students enrolled for a 9th semester or above)

4~6 credits: 1/3 of full tuition fee	1,211,000 won
7~9 credits: 1/2 of full tuition fee	1,817,000 won
10 credits or more: full tuition fee	3,635,000 won
※ Partially reduced for those who have completed a double major, but if not completed, the full amount is immediately retroactively imposed. Standard Amount Class of 2019 and before : up to 2 semesters 1,030,000 won or enrollment extension fee, whichever is less Class of 2020 and after : up to 1 semester

  2) Course retaking fee: 60,000 won per credit (Including some non-credit courses.)
