· 2023학년도 가을학기 학사과정 복학예정자 및 재학생(휴학생은 신청 불가. 단, 창업 휴학자는 신청 가능)
Undergraduate students will enroll for fall semester 2023 and enrolled in GIST(Students on leave cannot apply but students on leave for Start-up can apply)

❶ 기숙사 건강진단서 Dormitory Health negative confirmation for tuberculosis and hepatitis B - 기숙사 최초 입소자(재학생 포함): 제출 필수 First time entrant(including enrolled students): Submission required → Tuberculosis and hepatitis B negative confirmation - 최초 제출한 건강진단서 제출일로부터 1년 이상 경과한 자: 제출 권고 A person who has passed at least one year since the date of submission of the first health confirmation: Recommendation for submission → Only tuberculosis negative confirmation - 원에서 매년 하반기에 진행하는 재학생 건강검진을 받은 경우 이를 인정하여 해당 결과서 제출 가능(단, 유효기간 1년 이내의 재학생 건강검진 결과서에 한함) If you got a medical check provided by GIST for enrolled students in the second half of each year, you can hand in the confirmation instead (However, you can hand in only confirmation that are valid within 1 year) ※ 재학생 건강검진은 매년 하반기에 진행되며 신입생을 제외한 전체 재학생을 대상으로 진행함 The medical check provided by GIST is conducted in the second half of each year and is conducted for all enrolled students except for new students. - 의료기관(보건소 및 일반병원) 발행 건으로 결핵 및 B형 간염 전염성 질환 진단 결과 필수 포함, 결핵 양성 판정시 입소 불가 Medical institutions(health centers and general hospitals) issue diagnosis of tuberculosis and hepatitis B infectious diseases, and admission is not possible when tuberculosis is positive ※ B형 간염 항체가 없더라도 입소 가능하나 B형 간염 예방 접종을 권장함 Admission is possible even without hepatitis B antibodies, but we recommend getting hepatitis B vaccination. ※ 비용 지원 없음 No support for health negative confirmation fee(tuberculosis and hepatits B) - 제출처: 이메일 제출 uhousing@gist.ac.kr How to apply: Email uhousing@gist.ac.kr - 제출기한: 8. 20.(일)까지 Submission deadline: ~ 8.20.(Sun) - 제출 형식 Submission format · 이메일 제목: 이름_학번_건강진단서 제출, ex)홍길동_20220000_건강진단서 제출 E-mail Title: name_student ID number_health confirmation ex) Honggildong_20220000_health confirmation · 파일명: 20220000_홍길동_대학생활관 건강진단서.pdf 또는 jpg file name: 20220000_Honggildong_health confirmation.pdf or jpg - 문의: 의무실(T.062-715-2147) Inquiry: Section of Safety and Security(T.+82-062-715-2147) |

❶ COVID-19 관련, 자가진단키트 준비후 입소 직전 검사 실시 Regarding COVID-19, Please prepare a self-diagnosis kit and a test should be conducted immediately before check-in - PCR/RAT 검사는 실시하지 않으나, 본인의 건강상태를 면밀히 확인하여 관련 증상 있을시 입소전 선제적 검사하기 바람 PCR/RAT tests are not conducted, but if you have related symptoms, please check your health condition carefully and take a preemptive test before entering the dormitory - 입소직전 본인이 직접 자가진단키트를 준비하여 사감실에서 음성결과 확인 후 입소 가능 Prepare a self-diagnosis kit right before admission and show the negative results to the manager before admission * 양성시 생활관 입소 절대 불가 Can’t check-in to the Dormitory when your kit test shown positive |

5. 기타사항 ETC
· 퇴사검사 미이행으로 보증금 환수된 재학생: 입사 시 보증금(14만원) 9월 기숙사비에 재청구 예정
The deposit(140,000won) will be recharged to the dormitory fee in September to those who fail to perform moving out examination previously.

매월 지원되는 학자금에서 생활관 사용료 공제 Dormitory fee is deducted from educational expenses aid supported each month (단, 학자금 < 생활관 사용료(미납금 포함)일 경우, 개별납부 필요. 매월 23일 이후 ZEUS에서 기숙사비 고지내역 확인 후 개별 납부 진행 바람) (If educational expenses aid is less than dormitory fee(including unpaid amount), you have to be paid individually. For notices in the dormitory, please check individually whether payment has been made or not and the remained payment after the 23rd of each month.
