Information on moving the dorm room /dorm checking out

1. Schedule

- Moving the dorm: Dec. 15th. Thu ~ 18th. Sun

- Check out: ~ Dec. 18th. Sun

 

2. Checking out procedure

A) Moving the dorm (For people who will stay at dorm during this winter vacation): Necessary discussion between the users of the existing room and the new users of the moving room

B) Check out

- Apply for moving out inspection to GIST House Student Council¹ > Inspection completion > Submit the check out form² to GIST House manager > Checking out completion

※ You might get penalties if you stay at dorm after moving out inspection, submit a check out form and check out immediately.

² Check out form (Refer to the attached file or it is placed in the GIST House manager’s office)
