1. Purpose for Course Satisfaction Survey

- To improve the quality of our school’s education and to develop improvement-oriented teaching methods by measuring the responses of students to the courses on the Summer semester of 2022.

 

2. Participants of the Survey

- In principle, all subjects opened by the faculty (department) and head office in the Summer semester 2022 will participate, except for the following: Research courses (thesis research, individual research, seminars)

 

3. Survey Period: 1 weeks before 2022 Summer semester final exam.

※ July 25, 2022 (Mon.) – July 29, 2022 (Fri.)

 

4. How to Participate

- Go to the PORTAL homepage (https://portal.gist.ac.kr) and login.

- My Service → Grades → Course Satisfaction Survey → Participate in the Course Satisfaction Survey

Go to the PORTAL homepage (https://portal.gist.ac.kr) → Log in → Click “My Service” → Click 성적(Grades) → Click 교과만족도 조사(Course Satisfaction Survey)

 

5. Survey Method

- Required Subjects: 5 questions; Optional Subjects: 2 questions

 

6. Use of Survey Results

– As reference used to improve teaching methods for professors in charge of each subject.

- In principle, individual evaluation results are private and not to be disclosed internally and externally but It can be used for evaluation at the request of the department.
