① A person who falls under the grounds for disqualification under Article 33 of the National Public Officials Act ② Appointment may not be possible if there are no qualified applicants |

■ Hiring Process
◦ Step 1: Document Screening
(i) Selection criteria: the excellence of candidate’s publication record & application documents
(ii) 2 x the number of openings will be selected
◦ Step 2: Personal Interview
(i) Number of people selected: 1 person (face-to-face or video interview screening)
(ii) Background knowledge and command of English will be tested on the interview
