Research Fellow Positions: IBS-Center for Relativistic Laser Science |

The Center for Relativistic Laser Science (CoReLS) of Institute for Basic Science (IBS) in Korea invites applications for research fellow positions in ultra-intense laser-plasma interactions. Starting date can be as early as January 1, 2019. The position is for two years with a possibility of renewal up to three more years. Preference will be given to the candidates with strong research backgrounds and interests in relativistic laser-plasma interactions, strong-field quantum electrodynamic processes, and laboratory astrophysics. Requirements:
●Recent (within 5 years) Ph.D. degree in plasma physics, laboratory astrophysics, or nuclear physics
●Experiences in scientific computing and/or computer simulations
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
