1. Increased rates will be applied every March 1 until 2022.

2. Starting in 2023, rate increases may be reviewed every year in accordance with the inflation rate.

A.  Prorated daily rates will be applied for occupancies of less than 15 days and monthly rates will be applied for occupancies of 15 or more days.

B.      A pillow and blanket set may be rented for up to 7 days with a 20,000 won fee when you move into a graduate dormitory.

C.      If a resident fails to follow checkout procedures when moving out of the dormitory, the deposit fee will become non-refundable.

D.  As for newly arriving residents, student rates will be applied if you move in during the official check-in dates, which usually last for two or three weeks, starting the day after the winter or summer commence ceremony to the date of matriculation.

E.  5,000 won/m will be discounted for triple or quadruple rooms in the graduate dormitories.

A. New residents need to purchase wallpaper or floorings at their own discretion. 

B. ¹Before Renovation, ²After Renovation

C. Renovation includes bathroom, kitchen (sink, top, cabinet) and wall paint.  

D. New residents may choose ‘B. R.’ or ‘A. R.’ until 2019. From 2020, all new residents will be assigned to an ‘A. R.’ type unless any ‘B.R.’ type apartment is available.
