Good day,

We notice you the information on new admission for international students who have a plan visiting home countries during this winter vacation.

- Period of moving out: 2022. Dec 15th. (Thu) ~ 18th.(Sun)

- Before you move out, you have to have a moving out inspection after cleaning up your room.

  Also you have to hand in a moving-out form to GIST house manager(His office is on 1st floor, Dorm building A)

  If not, we can not reflect your state on ZEUS clearly and you will be asked the payment of dorm fee during winter vacation.

New admission day for 2023 Spring semester

- Period of new admission: 2023. 2. 25.(Sat) ~ 26.(Sun)

* This schedule has a possibility to change by COVID

- International students who have a plan visiting home country can enter our dorm from Feb 25th to 26th, 2023 as new admission 2023. But exceptionally, some of them will be allowed to enter the school 10 days before the first day of school due to inevitable reason such as flight ticket reservations and visa problems. In other words, they can enter our dorm from Feb 17th 2023, if they submit some proofs why they have to enter our dorm earlier.

Also, the quarantine regulation has still remained in our dormitory. 

Please let us know by e-mail 3 days before entering Korea. We will inform the guideline for oversea entrants
